We’re Joining the Ink Horse Stable

We’re proud to announce that our book, Judging Hunters and Equitation WTF? (Want The Facts?), will be published by Ink Horse Publishing!

After exploring myriad options in the publishing world—going with a traditional publishing house, self-publishing and many other hybrid options—we decided to self-publish.

Throughout the long process of researching self-publishing industry, the many options available from printing to fulfillment to marketing and many more decisions, we believe we developed the ideal plan.

While co-author Tricia Booker and designer Michelle Bloch pursued getting the manuscript from simple text to a beautiful, hard cover book with a dust jacket, photos, artwork and other graphics, they decided that the knowledge they’ve amassed could be beneficial to others.

After their 30+ years in magazine publishing, they’ve now added book publishing to their resumes and established Ink Horse Publishing in order to assist others in their quest to publish a book.

Ink Horse is a boutique publisher that will specialize in equestrian books, providing authors with a customized program that enables them to have the best of both worlds—assistance in publishing their book while also collaborating with two industry professionals.
